This website is run by Modoka, a Dutch video game developer and publisher based in Zwolle, the Netherlands. It presents our games, services, divisions and company information.
Using the website
You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes. Please do not misuse it, for example by trying to disrupt it or to gain unauthorised access.
Information on this website
We take care to keep the information on this website correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is always complete or free of errors. Details such as platforms, release dates and availability can change, and some games are no longer available in stores.
Games and downloads
Our games are offered through third-party stores and websites, such as Google Play, the Amazon Appstore, itch.io, GamersGate, IndieDB, the Internet Archive and Gamebrew. Their own terms apply to downloads and purchases, and we are not responsible for how those services work. Not every game is available in every region or on every platform.
Services
Our services, such as IT consulting, data solutions and AI, are provided under separate agreements. Where such an agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
Intellectual property
The Modoka name and logo, our games, and the texts, images and other material we created are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to Modoka and its partners, unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission, except where the law allows it.
Third-party material and homebrew games
Names, logos and trademarks of other companies and games belong to their respective owners. Homebrew games shown under FJM Homebrew are unofficial and free of charge, and no affiliation with or endorsement by the owners of any third-party content is implied.
Links to other websites
This website links to other websites, such as stores and social media. We have no control over them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Messages you send us
When you send us a message, please do not include sensitive information. We use your message as described in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
We do our best to keep this website available and safe, but you use it at your own risk. As far as the law allows, Modoka is not liable for damage resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, this website or the information on it.
